The 6 week programme is self-paced, and you have lifetime access to the programme, so do not worry if it takes you longer than 6 weeks or you want to go back to the content. We anticipate it will take 45minutes a week to watch/listen to that week's video and an additional 15 minutes to do the task. So over 6 weeks you're looking at a rough commitment of 6 hours in total.
The content is drip fed, meaning you will have access to module 1 in the first week, module 2 will be released a week later etc. The course will be delivered by one pre-recorded webinar and a supporting worksheet. For those that prefer to listen to the content, you will also have access to a podcast version of the course.
That's fine. You have lifetime access to this version of the programme, and therefore you can work your way through in your own time.

Over 6 weeks we will be covering the following areas:
Module one - aligned feelings - by getting clear on how you want to feel it becomes much easier to set goals that are in alignment with these feelings, and take inspired action to help you achieve your goals. We’re going to deep dive into how you want to feel in each area of your life.
Module two - high performance mindset - we’re going to cover how to develop a high performance mindset to achieve your goals, and high performance habits for achieving your goals and living a life you love. You can have both, I’ll show you how.
Module three - be your own DJ - we will be exploring one of my favourite topics - music and mindset. I’ll be talking us through practical ways that we can use music to support high performance, as well as the science behind the power of music.
Module four - 90 day action planning - we’re going to jump into planning! I will guide you through my 90 day planning tool for creating goals and taking inspired action, as well as methods for ensuring you stick to the plan, and get it done!
Module five - habit stacking - we’re going to talk about the power of creating daily and weekly habits, and how you can create habits that will set you up for achieving your goals. We’ll run through our home harmony plan, guaranteed to make life simpler!
Module six - nurturing your tribe - we’re going to look at the importance of having an awesome support system to keep you accountable and on track. We’ll get clear on who is in your tribe, and ways to bring them on your journey with you.
